Clearance Requirements
We were contacted by the son of a recently deceased person, he had advised us that all the personal belonging’s had been removed and the items that were left to be cleared would be able to be donated to a local charity.
Clearance Overview
We were required to clear everything that was left in the property including carpets, cooker and a washing machine. These items were disconnected in the correct manor by our trained & experienced staff. The items were all in good, usable condition therefore a very small about needed to be passed onto a pro recycling centre in the area.
Disposal of Contents
In this case most of the contents were sorted and then donated to various charities on the day there was an additional 2 loads taking from the property, one load was forwarded to a local charity and the other to a pro recycling centre.
