Where Does It All Go?
We recycle as much as we can! – On Average we recycle 90% of all household waste. We forward on anything useful to various charities, animal shelters and recycling centers.
We ensure any sensitive materials (bank statements, credit cards etc) are all securely disposed of (destroyed) – keeping you safe from identity theft. Anything of any value that we find in your clearance, we will inform you, we regularly retain lost jewellery and forgotten cash!
What Can’t You Clear?
We can take away almost anything, although there are a few items which legally we can’t dispose of:
•Oils, petrol and paint
•bricks, rubble, soil
•asbestos and any other hazardous material
We do offer free advice on how to safely remove these hazardous substances and we can also supply you with containers or bags for oils, rubble or soil. If needed please advise us when booking your House Clearance.
What Size Vans Do You Use?
We use large furniture luton vans (largest van in its class). We can carry up to 1 ½ tonnes of household waste. Do I Need To Supply Anything?
Certainly Not! – we provide all the tools and manpower required to clear a house, on the day of the clearance you do not even need to be on site. We can work with your solicitor, neighbour or estate agent, we can also pick keys up and don’t require you to be at the property if you are unable to be there due to other commitments. We are able to manage everything. We use large luton vans without branding to ensure a discrete service.
How Much Does House Clearance Cost?
It can vary! – we can provide you a quote over the phone, our quote includes everything, we do not add anything on when we arrive or finish, NO HIDDEN EXTRAS, NO VAT, our quote is completely transparent.
Compared to the cost of hiring skips and the time you would spend filling it, we believe our fees are extremely reasonable.
We accept most types of payment, upon completion of the clearance you will be provided with an invoice, invoice to be settled with agreed payment method.
