We were contacted by a landlord who had just bought a flat at auction along with the flat came the entire contents of the property. When the property was cleared he planned on renting the property out.
Clearance Overview
The team met the land lord on the day of the clearance at 9am and where showing to the flat up 3 flights of very narrow stairs the same ones that everything had to be carried down!!.There was ample parking on site and we got parked after a very kind neighbour came out and moved their car.. This job is was termed as a cluttered house clearance because their was a lot of furniture and general rubbish. After the team cleared all the rubbish they discovered that most of the furniture was of usable condition.
Disposal of Contents
Most of the furniture was in usable condition it was donated to a local charity project. These included white goods fridge, freezer and washing machine and 2 bedroom sets.
