We were instructed to clear a 2 bedroom Mid-terraced home situated within Watford, Hertfordshire North West Central London. The property had just been sold and needed cleared for the purchasers.
Clearance Overview
The clients in this case was downsizing and as such had no room in his new property for some rather large pieces of furniture and garden tools and furniture. The team turned up at 9am and where met by the client who showed them round and instructed the team what to take essentially if it’s not nailed down it needs to go. The client had reserved the teams parking space outside of the property but the only access to the back garden was through the house.
Disposal of Contents
In this case the furniture was of very good quality so we donated it to a local charity shop and the tools were added to our collection, which when we have enough we donate in bulk to a reuse charity, after sorting there was very little waste generated from this job.
