We were instructed to clear a 2 bedroom 2nd floor flat situated within the Argyll and Bute area of Scotland. The property had lay empty for several years and had fell into a bad state of repair.
Clearance Overview
The clients in this case had just bought the property with her husband and needed it cleared before they could renovate it. The team turned up shortly before 9am and where instructed that most of the house contents had been packed and where ready for our team to clear.
Disposal of Contents
In this case giving the remoteness of the property we brought the contents back to our recycling centre to sort. There was very little furniture most of the contents where bric a brac and we donated it to a local charity project. There was also a large amount of scrap metal which was also donated .
