Clearance Requirements
We were contacted by granddaughter of home owner who need the property cleared so that it could be sold.We where advised that the family had taken everything that was required and everything else was to be removed.
Clearance Overview
The team arrived at 9am to meet the client and a couple of members of family who were going to be on site throughout the House Clearance. The team worked out with the family that they still needed to remove some personal property and papers from 1 bedroom and kitchen, so they set to work clearing the living room. Which included a 3 piece suite, tables, units and assorted bric a brac. Once this was completed the team carried on the clearance throughout the rest of the property.The team realised quickly that the family had missed some old photographs as they where doing the clearance so retained them and hand them over at the end of the house clearance as well as several misplaced keys they had come across during the clearance.
Disposal of Contents
There was very little waste created from this property clearance as most of the contents where clean and of good quality as such most of the contents were donated. There where several bits of disability equipment which we collect up and donate to a reuse charity.
