We were instructed to clear a 2 bedroom Semi situated within Sutton in Ashfield, Nottingham. The property had lay empty for over 2 years and was very dusty.
Clearance Overview
The clients in this case was the son-in-law of the late home owner and was arranging the clearance on his partners behalf . The team turned up at 8.30am and where met by the client shortly before 9am who showed them around and instructed the team to clear everything except the carpets and a large wardrobe. There was plenty of on street parking and as such the team managed to park outside of the house.
Disposal of Contents
In this case the furniture was of good quality and was donated to a local charity shop, there was however a large amount of general rubbish which the team bagged up and took to a recycling centre. We also recovered some long forgotten photographs and a watch which the client was very happy to have returned.
